Welcome to the website of ResoBit Technologies. By accessing or using our website, services, hardware prototypes, and software deliverables, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

ResoBit Technologies provides professional engineering services, including but not limited to AI Engineering, Embedded Systems & Firmware Development, Web Development, Experiential Technology solutions (FunTech), and Academic Project Consulting. The specific scope of any engineering engagement will be governed by a separate, signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract signed by both parties:

• Our IP: All pre-existing frameworks, proprietary software, design patterns, firmware libraries, and templates utilized by ResoBit during development remain the exclusive property of ResoBit Technologies.
• Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom software code or custom PCB schematic files developed specifically for a client transfer to the client, subject to the client granting ResoBit a non-exclusive license to use any generic snippets or engineering techniques.

3. Third-Party API Dependencies & AI Hallucinations

ResoBit builds integrations using third-party APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta WhatsApp Business API, and AWS Cloud services). We do not guarantee the uptime, rate limits, pricing stability, or operational accuracy of these third-party providers. In particular, we are not liable for LLM-generated output discrepancies, hallucinations, or billing fluctuations resulting from direct API integration.

4. Professional Engagements & Academic Guidance

For college projects and internship programs: ResoBit provides consulting, source code reviews, and training models. All deliverables provided during educational consulting are for academic research purposes and should not be deployed in production environments without commercial hardware audits.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResoBit Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our website or deliverables.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any mechanical, circuit, or firmware failure on client-manufactured physical hardware.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or our engineering services after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
