The Problem

An environmental startup had a concept for an air-quality monitoring sensor but lacked the hardware expertise to turn the idea into a physical, power-efficient prototype suitable for investor demonstrations.

The Solution

We designed a custom PCB incorporating particulate, humidity, and gas sensors built around an ESP32 MCU. We wrote firmware to manage sensor sleep cycles, flashing the data securely over Wi-Fi.

Engineering Challenges

Minimizing power consumption during inactive phases and fitting all components on a tiny, cost-effective double-sided PCB layout.

Outcome & Performance

Created a fully functional, production-ready prototype in 4 months, helping the client secure seed funding and transition into manufacturing phases.
